There is this girl in school that hates me for no apparent reason. She says that I've gossiped about her and said bad stuffs about her, which is nonsense because I don't even bother about her NOR have I said anything bad about her (Or even talked about her this year, for that matter). WHERE GOT SUCH PEOPLE ONEEEEEE SIMPLY HATING ON PEOPLE AND SAYING MADEUP STUFFS! erghh, this is very annoying. But whatever, I'll let her be T____T Obviously people who make up these kind of stuffs have nothing better to do, or they want attention and fame. I don't want to waste my time talking or harping on about useless things like that, so I shall write about loving your enemies instead! :)

Matther 5:44 - But I tell you: Love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you.

Reasons to love your enemies?
Because God has commanded us to love :D
"A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another (John 13:34)." We love cause God first loved us.

Because our calling is to help other people grow in Christ and also to spread the Gospel.
And we can't do that when we hate people. That would be entirely hypocritical.
"By this all men will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another (John 13:35)."

.. and also. Jesus loved his enemies. we should make Him our example and love our enemies in return too! Jesus also forgave his enemies. When He was persecuted, He said, "Father, forgive them, for they do not know what they are doing (Luke 23:34)."

If someone insults you or dislikes you, respond in a Christ-like manner. Don't take things personally or give in to hurt feelings and let your emotions control you. Instead, see the other person as someone with a problem who needs God's help and your prayers.

Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Love never fails (1 Corinthians 13:4-8).
